Ok so why are there so many handicapt spacs in the parking lot? There are always many empty handicapt spaces open and I can never find a parking space close to the doors. I think Wal-Mart needs to work on this problem and the problem of carts lying around and garbage, too. I think the parking lot should have less handicap spaces and be more clean and appealing. read full review »
