Applied for a payday loan and somehow was put into a membership with this company. They debited 12.99 from my checking account without my consent which I found out today. Did a E-chat thing with their customer service and got them to cancel the membership but couldn't get them to refund me the membership fee. They did it without my consent and they person said that I had to do it within 10 days and the fee was non-refundable.
