The Movie Galleries in our area closed. I have a lot of power play points left. I was told that the store can't do anything but to call an 800 number about a refund. When I call the 800 number it says to leave my information and they will get back with me however the phone then immediately disconnects so you cannot leave any information. Does anyone know how I can get my money back? read full review »
