I do not recommend that anyone use FedEx. Here is my dilemma. I ordered a chair to be delivered and FedEx's computerized telecom service notified me that my delivery will arrive at my doorstep at 10:30am. At 10:00am - I found a doortag in my mailbox. Apparently, FedEx's driver pre-written the doortag and dropped it into my mailbox and hopped back on his truck without even ringing my doorbell.
