The ethics of the company are very questionable. My wife signed up and paid a sizable amount up front. A week ago we received our document package in the mail. We decided that "this was not the trip for us" and called 1-800-221-8200 and requested a refund. We were refused on the grounds that we had exceeded the 30 day time limit. We have no intent of using this package and just want our money back. What does this say about this Carribean Cruise Line? read full review »
