PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE. This is not just the worse bank but there are no words that describe the level of incompetence they maintain. Have been trying to transfer my deposit account into my savings account since 1st Dec 2008. 18 emails and 2 letters I've run out of steam. Had to contact the London head office who also hate dealing with these people and are equally fed up. All I want is my money back from these dumb, useless, near criminal types.
