Within 15 days after purchase of the printer (model no.MY9C91125N) on 30-03-2010 from M/S Spark Technology Ltd. vide Bill no. SJK/R-83, the printer stopped printing black ink. The printer was shown to M/S Redington Service Centre Jammu who registered the complaint with case ID Case-2956617 dt. 14/05/2010. They diagnosed the problem in Head Assebly which was to be replaced.
