I have booked a refill cylinder on 23rd of June-10 against my Consumer No.13330 and I have got the refill cylinder on 26th June-10. The Refill Bill No. 10596 was generated on 23rd June-10 and the amount mentioned was Rs.310.35 but on yesterday 26th Jun-10 when I received the cylinder they have changed the rate in this bill and charged me Rs.345.35 which is not right.
