1. Went to McDonalds' at Wal-Mart in Mount Pearl, NL (Merchant Dr) 2. Decided to do the customer survey on line 3. When I did I could not see any of the numbers that I needed to put into the computer, because of the grease on the recepit. 4. Was upset because I could not complete because the number were wore off from the grease.
