Dear Sir/Madam, I have been trying to contact your company (Vodaphone) via internet as the last time I phoned your company I lost all my calling credit as they had me on hold for over 35 minutes. I purchased a new phone in January from Grimsby Vodaphone shop. in the 3 weeks I had it, it cut out on me 3 times, the final time when I was in Cardiff (Wales).
