in april of 2010 i was solicited by a sales representative from comcast. The deal we made was a 7 room install with high speed internet as well as phone services. at the time i was preparing to move and the sales representative guaranteed me that my cable will be installed the next day at my new address. So the next day during our move we were suprised to see that the technican made it to our property on time and he started the install. he was on our property for 6 hours.
