Hi, I would like to inform you that i had a word with hema on the number 080-41193000 at around 14:45 today and had explained in detail about the discrepency in the bill to which she promised me that someone would be calling me in an hours time.It's been close to 4 hours now and no one has bothered to even call me up.If this is the service you give to old customers, i must admit that it is so pathetic and annoying.
