I too have been ripped off by Gustavo Paz. In March I rented a home for July 1 thru 7. I visited it four days ago-it has been foreclosed on, it's sealed and empty. Mr. Paz has NOT contacted me nor offered a refund. I have nine out-of-state guests flying in on the first of July for our long planned reunion. I've had to scramble to find a replacement for a holiday week that I booked months ago. My out of pocket expenses now exceed five thousand dollars - what I paid him plus new rental.
