Good Afternoon, On Sunday, 6/27/10 12:30pm, I visited the Kmart Store (#3229) in Baltimore, MD to purchase the advertised Ice Shaver (#SIT 10823). To my disappointment the item was not available. I inquired at the customer service desk and was told I may be available sometime later this week. Upon further investigation, the product had not arrived at the store. I questioned why was it advertised it would be available on Sunday. Too often at this store, advertised items are not available. I have decreased my visits and the believability of your advertisements as a result. read full review »
