About two months ago, my Blackberry Storm stopped charging. I visited my local Verizon Wireless store and received a replacement phone, which I later found out was refurbished. This did not bother me, but what did bother me was the fact that this new phone would lock up every day, requiring me to remove the battery to reset the phone.
