Manager refused return on an iPad case purchased day before attempted return. Problem: Does not fit properly Reason: I did not pay for Geek squad to install it and if I did it would fit properly Options: Pay Geek squad to install it if it doesn't fit right then I can return it. Lol My course of action: Returned iPad and case along with an ATI Radeon 5870 to another Bestbuy, and purchased elsewhere, thank god everything was purchases within the return policy.
