6/28/2010 I went to the Tech Center location with my boyfriend who has a membership at around 10:00 pm. I do not have a membership but I did have a 7 day pass I printed out from their website. The front desk employee named Brian said that I couldn't redeem the voucher after 9:00pm for there were no sales people to redeem it. Why would I need a sales person in the first place for a free guest pass? Also I asked if I could just sign up then so I could get in and he said no I could only do it online at this hour.
