Sir, I am a resident of Nagpur (Maharashtra). Having gone thru the earlier complaints, I completely agree that there is no specific email address wherein a complaint can be sent toyour Head office here in India. I had purchased an HP INkjet 5610 All in one printer two years back, but to my dissappointment even though buying a printer from a company of repute the customer service is not bothered to hear the complaints and they keep apologizing.
