Whomso ever it may concern at LG, I bought a window 1.5t ac model LWA18GINAI sr no 504NL002328IN on 31/5/2005 from Motherindia Elect Faizabad Road at Lucknow. Ac did not work properly from within first month itself.Innumerable complaints & phone calls were made at local service stations during last five years. within last 5 yrs once compressor blew, twice thermostat, once capillary & so on.
