If you use Travelocity, and need to cancel a hotel reservation due to any reason or emergency. Travelocity WILL NOT REFUND your money. They will cancel your reservation, no problem, but your credit card will be charged automatically. The customer service is located in India, and they have no decision making skills, and are very difficult to understand. We now have two hotels booked for the same week, even though it says very clearly this hotel is refundable on an e-mail confirmation. Total bullshit.
