I am absolutely outraged at the terrible customer service Blizzard offers. The only thing worse, it seems, has been my experience after purchasing their WoW game, and I have only played for a month. IMHO, if you purchase this product you are wasting your money. Go play Phantasy Star Universe or something instead. Wow is nearly impossible to play with the rampant amount of bullying and online harassment, especially directed towards new players.
