My husband and I had a bad experience at the Massage Envy in Naperville, Illinois on Rt.59 and 95th street. I've had many massages in the past at Asha spa, it's an Aveda based spa and they were great. This was our first time visiting Massage Envy. They didn't give us the full hour because of the paperwork, wish they told us to come early to fill that out. The therapist, Jaclyn was horrible. She used too much pressure.
