I am writing to you because of a very bad experience my son and I just endured because of negligence on your company's inability to help us out. We flew out of Elmira NY on Flight 3867 on June 3rd. The flight was supposed to leave Elmira NY at 5:18 p.m.est. When we arrived to the airport we noticed on the board that the flight was going to be late and not departing until 5:55 p.m. We asked the people at YOUR DELTA desk if we would make the connecting flight.
