I ordered an outdoor patio sofa. 4 weeks past the delivery date it finally arrived, with every single leg broken off. I refused to sign for the shipment. Cymax will not refund my money. They cannot deliver a replacement until fall, too late to use it for the summer when I needed it. Even if they do replace it, they are charging me a "restocking fee" for the broken sofa and a return shipping fee. Like an idiot, I paid with Paypal.
