Company overcharge my account and when requested for a receipt and break down of fees and taxes, Tracy (customer service ext 6054) couldn't provide it. She said that sometimes the company charges a booking fee. I asked how much and said that it's $4.07. I told her that there's a $58+ difference if that's how much they charge and she was speechless.
