My company was about to order from Papa John's when I stopped them to tell them this: In 1998, I called to order for delivery after my family moved into a new home. I requested delivery, gave them the address and the order. 10 minutes after the pizza was supposed to arrive, I called them to inquire how much longer. They said "you didnt request delivery.
