June 8th our AC unit stopped working completely. Tempature that day was over 100 degrees outside. In fact the entire month of June with the exception of 3 days... the tempature has been over 100 degrees outside. Here we are on June 30th and I still do not have a working AC unit. 22 days we have been waiting, praying, hoping, complaining, inquiring, etc. Nothing is being done.
