Drive through line was taking an inordinate amount of time to move. Cashier would ask each car occupant do you want an apple turnover or pie. She asked me 4 times. I said no 4 times. When I drove up to the window she stared at me like I was the one that was crazy. Real nasty attitude and insisted that all have some apple crap. NOTE TO: McDonald' Board of Directors don't take up my precious time in the morning asking me if I want something else other than the item I have ordered. Customer service is a joke. I called them to try and resolve THEIR problem. The Idearc Bankruptcy was putting a hold on check payments so I was just trying to get the hold lifted off their account. When I calmly tried to explain what needed to be done to the first rep she said "not my problem, " and hung up. I called back and got rep number two. This one was arrogant, whiny, condescending, and just plain stupid. I was, mind you just trying to send them checks. After being put on hold for the 4th time, I was told off and hung up on. I then contacted the new CEO to get the issue resolved and it was in a very timely manner. read full review »
