After accepting the quote & giving deposit, work started to re-fibreglass the pool. After repeatedly questioning poor workmanship, I was told that issues would be resolved. 20 mins after this chat, Perry Meyerson (BluePoolsAquatech SA) & his workers left our property. In taking this up by telephone & by mail with Perry, I was told that the issues experienced were due to the original contours of the pool & that it would cost a further R8000 (water leak) & R12000 (Mosaics) to resolve the issues.
