Paypal 's service is great but some of their live support people are quite terrible. Their lack of English skills is very apparent and really annoying to deal with. I am quite patient by nature but between them and Earthlink, I have now decided that choosing companies with good customer service and excellent communication skills is by far the most important ingredient in my selection. read full review »
