We at the Brynmawr store have to deal with a people manager who constantly tells lies..so we don't know where we stand. Head office ignore complaints against her and even ignore recorded delivery letters. Our GSM retired last year and since he has gone the store has gone down hill fast...but head office don't seem to care.
