Nokia Complaint Department, I bought Nokia N97 Mini on 25th December for Rs.23000/- In the first week of january, my phone got hanged and i was unable to start the phone. When i contacted nokia customer care, they told me that there might be a software problem and i need to take the phone to customer care. I took my phone to the Nokia Customer Care and after waiting for 2 hours i got a reply that my phone needs to be taken to the Headoffice due to software problems and it would take around 15 days for the proceedings.
