Your inventory is great but your employees seem to stand around together talking all the time rather then walking the floor and helping out. I have been to a few stores and seen this. I am sure their are some places where this is not happening but as a rule you need to make sure your employees are helping customers. If most of your shoppers are like me, a little help from someone would lead to a purchase rather then frustration and leaving the store having bought nothing. read full review »
