I am very disappointed in the way that Fantastic Sam's changed their schedules and employees. I go every Thursday to get my hair done and even with four people waiting for them to open up at 9 am they only have two employees. The other two people either have to wait for an hour or come back and by that time more customers have come in. Very bad service compared to what it used to be.
