I responded to a trial offer for a tooth-whitening kit. the next thing i know the company is trying to subscribe me to a membership for $87. 00. i noticed the transaction being done on my online banking account. i immediately called the company and told them to cancel it. they did but now they're stating i didn't follow terms of service when i cancelled the membership - WHAT?!? the kit didn't come with any invoice or return instructions or even membership materials. i contacted my bank about the unauthorized charge. next i'll be contacting the better business bureau. read full review »
