Chrysler Financial Services is amoung the absolute worst violators of your rights when it comes to the Fair Debt Collection act. They are rude and arrogant, they illegally skip trace when they know where you live and your home phone number. Skip tracing is for when they cannot locate someone. What they do is try to call your neighbors and famiily to embarrass you. They call at 8:01am and at 8:59pm at night. They call on major religeous holidays like Good Friday.
