recently they sent me a book I had never ordered. I called customer service for a return label, toldl them I don't want to hear from them any more. I then get a bill for the book I have returned to them. I return the bill, with the message "stop bothering me. I have returned this book I didn't order." Later, I get a return label fior me to return the book I have already returned, and apologizing for the inconvenience. It never ends with these people.
