My wife and I went to the VZ store to upgrade her Palm to an HTC Eris or whatever newer HTC they were carrying. I bought an Eris from them some time ago and have been nothing but happy with it. The store had two good candidates on display - the HTC Incredible for $199 after rebates and the HTC Eris for $79 after rebates. We compared both models and decided that the Incredible just is not worth the $120 difference.
