I bought an LG washer and dryer front loading washer and dryer in 2006. After about a year the washer started to sporadically leak. I have had 4 service calls to try and diagnose the problem, all to no avail. I contacted LG's customer service and it was abysmal. They were unsympathetic and unhelpful.
