The Optometrist was nice, but the Vision Center at Damonte Ranch in Reno is really a mess. They delayed making my glasses by 4 days because the woman I ordered them from didn't understand "NO, I only want computer glasses and NOT bifocals" which I stated no less than 5 times. She then referred it to the Dr. and it took THREE DAYS to reach him. No return phone calls. Vision Center personnell was rude, so I canceled ALL of my orders. read full review »
