Claim they are "America's Home Loan experts". Entered info on web page and someone from Quicken called me. Told her I was looking for a 30 year fixed refi @ 4.5%, no points. She scoffed at it and said you'll never find that anywhere in America, that the current rate was 2.5 points above that. I locked in a 30 year fixed refi @ 4.5% the next day with another company.
