We had a 6 month ordeal with this company. We bought new vinyl floor for our kitchen which was not properly installed (it was only perimeter glued, rather than gluing down the whole tile surface). This left ridges in many areas of the floor. When we complained to the Company, they said the job was done correctly and the vinyl would flatter out on its own within a few weeks.
