I ordered their product with a ten day trial. My order was placed on 6/16. They shipped the product 6/22. Then when I tried to cancel a product that I had not yet received on day 9 and 10 I got a recording to call back during regular office hours. They did not say what those hours were. Then on Sunday, day 11 my card was charged. I called them on Monday and was told that the postal delivery was not their problem.
