I bought a HP Laptop from Harvey Norman Thmostown with extended Warranty in Dec 2008. I hardly used it and it started showing lots of problems . i took it back to the store and they told me they can replace it only if it is faulty and they send it for the repairs . The department of repairs told me they can fix the problem but they can't replace it and they fixed the problem three times every time they send it back it didn't work...Finally they agreed to replace the laptop.
