From day one Comcast has been a horrible experience with service. We initially signed up for the Triple Play in 2007. After sending 3 different techs on 3 different occasions, we finally got the service we ordered. The outside cable line from the Comcast cable box to the house was exposed on the lawn for over a year. We made numerous phone calls before Comcast finally returned to bury the cable.
