Billy Holbrook was to rebuild the transmission in my 1998 Honda Accord and he said he would do it for $1, 400. I should have been suspicious when he asked for $500 up front. So, about a month later, he has his wife call me and tell me that they need an additional $200 right now, and if I get it to them, they will have the car by the end of the week! It was like they were holding my car for ransom. I begrudgingly paid the $200 . . . but, guess what? No automobile by the end of the week.
