I was called & offered $200.00 free gas for $19.87, told I would get a voucher in the mail. I received the card & there was a lot of rules on back. so I had my daughter-in-law help me & explain to me how this offer worked. She said I would have to buy $100.00 worth of gas in about 2o days & send in all recepts from that time period & then I would receive $25.00 a month for 8 months to get my $200.00 dollars.
