I just moved to a new home . I purchased LG washer and dryer from Leons store, then it was delivered, I tryed to install this but machine wasnt working. We call immediately to store but they told us to contact LG. This is a brand new unused machine we contacted a store less than 72 hrs I didnt use it, but in customers servise refuse to exchange this to a new one. I dont have a machine, i cannot use it for a more than a week . This unused product is a lemon. Leons keeps telling me to call LG. Technician came, wrote the report that machine has motor failure. I want brand new machine, that what I have paid for, not for the fixed one. read full review »
