I applied 3 times now for new elife connection a month back but still etisalat has lived upto their reputation of being ignorant to their customers. 2 of my applications was cancelled due to their technical fault, server error and what not as told by them. Now 3rd one also they arent taking seriously only cause they know it very well that it wont harm them if we suffer. Now they say the device & router is out of stock.
