I picked up a prescription on Saturday afternoon 4-11-2009. The pharmacy tech had to call my insurance provider to answer a question. While there were other customers close by within earshot of the techs conversation with the insurance company, she blurted out my total social security number for all to hear. I feel that was totally absurd in this day and age of when we have so much identity theft. Could Walgreens phone system be automated enough that this sensitive information could be punched into the phone via the keypad? read full review »
